Shop Policy

Your order will be worked on in the order of which it was received. Most orders (unless ready to ship) take time to make. Please allow 10-14 days for your item to be shipped. I do not ship items out on the weekends due to the post office being closed. 

Returns/Exchanges 
Returns and exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances. If a refund is given, it will be in the form of shop credit and the item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent. The item must be received by me within a five business day time period, the time starts once piece has arrived. I must be contacted before shipping the item back to me. Please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. All sales are final on sale items.

Restocking Fee 
A 10% restocking fee will be placed on refunded items. Please note, if your item is a custom order made in another color, there will be no returns accepted. 

Lost Items 

While I take great care and attention to detail in all items prepared for shipment, I unfortunately cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds for damaged or lost orders in the shipping process.
